Here are the endings and how to get them.


Ending 1 - Shotgun Wedding

requirements: preg 3+ sisters (R or S) but not the mom


Ending 2 - Wedding Bells

requirements: maximum 1 R, have ring (from jealous wife or fence), plus...
    Val (drunk) requirements: go home with her, don't F her roommate
    Britney (babysitter) requirement: S her
    Charity Smith requirement: preg her and nobody else in her family
    Jean (motel) requirement: preg her

3. Wade offers mission, take it

Ending 7 - Porn Star

requirements: good karma, preg motel girl, preg college girl (alternate girl at frathouse party, not the one upstairs -  go upstairs alone without lockpick), have 1500+ cash


Ending 8 - Teacher

requirements: bad karma, S 4+ of the following list: babysitter, girl on date, girl in love, alley girl, the four sisters


Ending 9 - Stepdad

requirements: preg mother and S 1- sisters, R 0 sisters

For 16, meet Sleeping Beauty/Wade. Meet and bring him the motel girl a few days before the end, and when she's killed by Tony, tell him that she was carrying your child. Afterwards, select the revenge option where you R Tony's female relations. I personally spent $500 for goons.
And for everyone else, seduce so you can get your disposition up. 16 is overall a pretty easy ending to get, provided you don't seduce 3 of the sisters or their mother.

Ending 17 - Lab Rat

requirements: bad karma, R 9+, K 1+, preg all slaves, do not report


Ending 18 - Wacked

requirements: preg all whores, preg receptionist

to impregnate whores:

1. find the strange canister in the storage room in the dungeon
2. place it in the receptacle in the office at the brothel
3. pay the ladies to knock your junk around
4. there are also other methods to preg them, via bribes, hypno, brutality, but the above is most reliable method

to impregnate receptionist:

A. have thousands of dollars on-hand and offer to pay her for sex
B. bang all the whores and have lady pleaser skill unlocked (requires 10+ fucks, S or R), then try to persuade to receptionist

Ending 19 - Dystopia

requirements: preg 16+, S 3-.

Start as Caged Beast (Requires Ending 17). This gives you 5 r, 5 impreg, and 7 murders to begin with, as well as raw brutality.

1- Go after the thief, be forceful. +1R, +1Preg, and you get lockpicks. 

2- Go for babysister, +1R and +1Preg. 

3- Go for woman down on her luck, follow her into the bathroom and use the lockpicks. +1R and +1Preg. If you accidentally picked the wrong dialogue and got the seduction option instead that's fine too. you still get +1Prg, which is what you want.

4- Girl in love, select wait till he leaves. +1R and +1Preg.

5- Drunk lush, assault her. +1R and +1Preg.

6- Go for the sisters. Your r-score should now be so high that you skip the babysitting events and automatically assault all of the sisters. +5 R, +5 Preg.

7 - Do whatever you feel like, you have 16 already!

I had a lot of trouble getting it as well. I don't remember how I did it exactly, but I think it's easier if you use NG+ from "Looking to the Future" for the extra 2 weeks.

5 Sisters (Need negative disposition to choose the asshole choices, need lockpick) + 1 Mother (Seduction)

1 Porn Girl (Seduction) + 1 Tony's Female Relation - but only do this after you've done the Sleeping Beauty Path with Wade, using R

It's a tight call, but it should be doable. Leverage the Wade options since they don't take up a week's turn.

There's also a chance that the game will override the ending with one of the Sister/Mother endings even if you get 16 pregnant/2 seduction, but I think this was how I did it.

But if the game won't let you get Dystopia if you impregnate 3 or more of the sisters and get the Cult ending, then you should only get two sisters pregnant (and ignore the mother), and focus on the dungeon, where there are 5 slaves as long as you have enough electronic key cards. This might be the best solution.

Ending 20 - Utopia

requirements: preg 15+, R 3-


Ending 21 - Slavemaster

requirements: hypno 3+, own slave, preg 4+ slaves

2. Visit sleeping beauty and use hypno powers
3. Take the Thief
4. Rape the drunken lush
5. Frathouse girl - encourage the guys and use hypno powers
6. Visit the sisters and use hypno powers, R as many as possible
7. Go to the dark place. Do slaves C24, E17, C41, and P66, then take C41 with you and leave
8. Visit the babysitter and use hypno powers

Ending 22 - Ruler

requirements: have 15+ endigns unlocked, preg princess

22 is actually pretty easy. Go with the "Looking to the Future" NG+. Always click the internet option each time. In the first week, go see Sleeping Beauty and get Wade's card. Once you do that , bring the moneymaking women in (girl on date, girl in park, mistress, thief(?), babysitter, girl in love, etc...) for cash.

It's really important to get the pornstar after seeing Wade, because she'll get you $5K (when Tony asks for her) and $5K when you tell him you had plans for her after she dies. Another way to get money is also to either fucking or asking for the Jealous widow's car.

Just make sure you have $10K, impregnate 5-7 total (slaves/brothel is fine), and keep clicking the internet option each week. Won't say anymore, it's a fun ending.

Ending 23 - Dirty Cop

1) R the girl in the park (undercover cop).
2) Do the cop scenario, return her gun to her and then go F her on the hood of her car.
3) R all 5 sisters. This is simpler to do if you have a high enough R score, giving you the option to be mean to them or even skip the babysitting altogether.
4) Check the internet. Do the thing.
5) Check the internet again. Do the next thing.
